Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
• Booking Deposit: Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment.
• Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.
• No-Shows and Last Minute Cancellations: Failure to attend your appointment without at least a 12 hour notice will result in a charge for the full (100%) amount. Please note that messages should be sent during the appropriate hours and no later than 9.30pm. (If a cancellation message is sent after 10pm, we are not going to see it til 6-7am, so this will be considered as actual time of cancellation)
• Late fee: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a $10 late fee will be added to your total service cost.
• If your tardiness impacts the next client’s appointment or prevents sufficient time for your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Golden Glow Nail & Lash Boutique is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment for every guest. To maintain this standard, the following policies are in place:
• Respectful Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who displays disrespectful, aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior - whether in person, via message, or over the phone.
• Harassment or Intimidation: Any form of harassment, including repeated messages, manipulation, or pressure about pricing, services, or scheduling, will not be tolerated and may lead to a permanent ban from booking.
• Right to Refuse Future Bookings: We reserve the right to decline future appointments at our discretion. This includes clients who create a negative or uncomfortable environment for the service provider or others.
